CAMARGO HUNT

About the Hunt

About the Hunt

The Camargo Hunt is one of the oldest hunts in North America. We pursue the thrill of the chase along with great social and equestrian activities. We ride in picturesque areas of southwestern Ohio and northern to central Kentucky. The country varies from trails in wooded areas to open fields to the hills of middle Kentucky.

Katherine joined Camargo as the Huntsman in 2023.  Previously, Katherine was Huntsman at the prestigious Aiken Hounds for 13 seasons. There she developed and hunted packs both for drag hunting and for live hunting in different territories. During her time at Aiken, she was very active in their junior programs. Her hounds have an impressive record of high placings at a number of hound shows throughout the eastern US. She also has considerable experience in training field hunters.
